I started my yoga journey five years ago. At that time of my life a lot of things left me feeling unsafe, lost and unsettled. I found yoga as a way to come back to myself, to bring kindness to my body and mind and help me heal.

I believe yoga is a great tool to find a balanced life and help us navigate through challenging times that life sometimes throws at us.
My wish for you is to feel at home in your body, to find your peace within.
I teach from a place of kindness and compassion, holding a safe space for you wherever you are in your life, and whatever you may be experiencing in this moment of time. Encouraging you to welcome your whole self, on and off the mat.
Together we flow mindfully, linking every breath to movement. Creating a moving meditation.
As well as a teacher, I am forever a student on my yogic path, and I express deep gratitude to the ancient teachings of yoga as well as to my current teachers.
